Cell C voicemail

Hi All, hoping someone can help out...

Im currently traveling abroad and am needing someone back home to check my voicemail for me on cellc.

Their website instructs to dial 08413 to do so, but apparently that only gives the option to leave a new voicemail.

I cant find anything else online, and havent had a response to the email i sent to cellc yesterday, i urgently need to check my voicemail.

Can someone please advise?

did you setup a password before you left?
 
I get my voice mails via email... That should work for you.

Can't remember ever setting it up thou.

Hi! I have the same problem. I need to access my voicemail but am not in SA. How can I do this?
