Cell C VoWifi reliability

Alright, where did you purchase this phone?

It's an iPhone and it was purchased in South Africa. Besides it doesn't matter where it was purchased as there are no Cell C specific handsets like Android.

Like I said it has been working for months before it stopped in the last couple of days.

Sent an email to the customer care today as well and while they said they changed a setting nothing changed after rebooting the phone - still no service and have toggled wifi calling and airplane mode as well.

Edit - got another reply from their customer care that I just need to use USSD codes to enable it. The fact that i am not in South Africa and mentioned this in every single response seems to be missed. Why do i need to battle so much

So no response after sending DMs and the call center just closes emails without a response.

For the people reading this, in my experience, be happy if you have no problems, however if something does go wrong and you are not in South Africa you are pretty screwed dealing with Cell C.

They cannot even do basics right, imaging if this was something like a billing problem.
