Lol. After all the headache trying to resolve this they still put 30 days on their 'compensation'.

the proxy settings are universal, so any data service on your device would go through it. Not really sure tho how using a proxy affects things tho.
 
Perhaps it was an older version of whatsapp connecting to a different chat server address they hadn't catered for in their proxy server..
 
Still not working and I only use the Internet apn no proxy settings.
 
Done the proxy setting with their technical guys......does not work. They dont know how to resolve and they referring to the proxy issue to deflect the real issue.....
 
Your proxy must not be set. Smartphones dont need a proxy to access the internet.
