Wonder when the other networks will follow?

Update:

I see it is already live on Vodacom's network, but only available on the Galaxy S6? If Cell C can do it on the iPhone, why not Vodacom?

Because Vodacom just cares about doing the press release first, and maybe delivering something a few years later.

Wouldn't surprise me if they post an article soon that they already tested the iPhone 8 a few years ago on their network.

I tweeted about this and Vodacom Social media called me. The very kind lady said that wifi calling on the iPhone is in the process of being tested and that once it is stable it will be released. She wouldn't give anything else away about the stage of testing or how long we can expect it to take.

Jannie, as I understand it, WiFi calling is baked into Android 5.1.1. Can all Vodacom customers that has got a phone on 5.1.1 use Vodacom WiFi calling or only on Vodacom firmware?
