Cell C wifi calling on iPhone 15

I am using iPhone 15 and cell C has no answer to emails. They only say everything is good from their side it’s your phone wifi calling settings and they can’t tell what is wrong. On my previous iPhone it stopped working since last 2 years and I am still looking for an answer.

@Cell_C so we in 2025 and wifi calling not supported on iPhone 16 I see this thread going back to 2023 already.

I see you make mention of cellc wifi calling only works in cellc purchased phones. I don’t believe that to be accurate. Cellc WiFi calling works in most phones except what I now have is a iPhone 16.

Is there future plans to support newer phones?

Not even iPhone 15 is supported yet sorry to say

Is there any update here? Any plan to support iphone 15 and iphone 16? iPhone 14 works fine with CellC wifi calling, but it doesn't on recent models.

A few days is turing into months.
Wifi calling still wont work on Android and iOS.
 
We also had this notification and now WiFi calling does not work anymore on iPhone 7 and iPhone 8. WiFi calling has been working for a long time for us.
I am based in UK for a bit and need this to work for some SA banking etc.

Any help or guidance appreciated…. @Cell_C

Received the same sms message on my Android phone in June 2025.

It's October 2025 and wifi-calling is still not functional. Neither is VoLTE. Both services worked perfectly prior to receiving this sms message.

When are you guys going to get this functional again ?

Anyone else with an Android phone have Wifi-Calling and VoLTE working currently ?
