I used MTN's helpdesk late one night and they sorted me out quick quick. That was about 6 months ago, so anything could have happened in the meantime.

Just got confimation from 083 1555

Their hours are:
Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 21:30
Weekends & public holidays - 08:00 - 17:00

However depending on the volume of calls they do stay open thu the night if something unforseen happens. (Network issues .....)

However if dialing 083 808 after these hours you would be getting some basic connection support.

I think so! Cheap bastards!

I avoid phoning customer support like the plague. All those bad experiences from phoning Vodacom in the old days. And Telkom in the new days...

Also, do u really want ur blood pressure going up when it's late at night and bed time? Maybe better they dont have 24 hr support
