CellC capping my LTE at a measly low speed (Solved!)
So while I'm trying to stream some online content, my video suddenly comes to a stuttering halt. At first I thought it might be a tower/server issue etc. Checking on my router I discover my bandwidth maxing out at 4MBPS as you can see on the picture. After some more investigation I realised my laptop decided now would be a good time to download all the new windows 10 updates, somehow this has the highest priority and absolutely no video content gets through. After killing the update process I could stream once again.
Now my question, is there a technical reason why CellC is capping their LTE bandwidth? If they haven't done it I would not have had any issues.

Yes, I'm too lazy to setup QOS profiles.
edit: So CellC phoned me and tried to convince me that they do not cap my speed, which made me check my router settings again... Turns out my QoS was enabled with a maximum bandwidth allocation to 3200kbits/s, changed it to 32000 and voila, speed test ran at 13.2mbps. My apologies to the CellC guys!
