Good morning,
I would like to know if there are any other CellC Fixed LTE users in SA without service since yesterday morning?
We are getting the 3G light on the B315 router with full signal but no 4G connection or signal when you change the router settings to 4G only.
When you do a manual network search the router picks up the CellC 4G signal but fails to register on the network.
We are getting no feedback from IS regarding the problem or ETR.
Anybody else with the same problem and maybe more info regarding the problem?
