CellC - it's time you updated your website

Some of your big prepaid offers have expired (end of 2011) and they're still being promoted on the website (although the expiry dates are hidden in the T&C pages, which may in itself be some kind of CPA or ASA issue).

On one level this may seem misleading to prospective customers, and on another it's just unprofessional. I doubt if previous senior managers would have tolerated this.

I suggest that you tidy the website up. A simple way to do it would be to change the expiry dates I mentioned earlier to the end of 2012 - that would save you a load of web page redesign!

Seems like they've updated the pages, but I must say that it looks awfully bare now.

Whoever is left in Marketing needs to crank out some fresh offers, or else 8ta is going to get a lot of new customers soon.

Apart from the above, there seems to be no noticeable growth in CellC's own 3G coverage. Cell C appears to be stagnating - not surprisingly, there's no one at the helm or checking the rigging.
