Not frequently we have to adjust our attitude. But when we need help it pays. We are all human being. Consider if you need help, or just looking for something else...

I would hope that we are all human beings. But alas...

My concern is more toward the detection of the attitude combined with the proper interpretation and reaction to the attitude(s). Some (sometimes misguided) anger combined with some impatience can easily be misconstrued as something that it is not.

I am not educated in these matters, it is correct that all listed above affect our behaviour.

Maybe I didn't use proper term, I objected your stance questioning Cell C rep work on this forum and demanding to do things which are in my opinion outside scope of his work. If your concern is really "toward the detection of the attitude....", I would look at what people say about this work, accept the fact and don't opinionate on your own "conditions requirements".
