I raised a query a while back regarding poor performance in the Fourways (Broadacres) area, which you kindly passed through to online support. We exchanged emails and eventually it was decided that a callout was indicated and a reference number was raised.

I have been trying to ascertain the status of this case for the last couple of weeks, but my numerous PMs to you and emails to online support now go unanswered. I can put up with poor service up to a point, but I will not be ignored. I understand that you may be up to your neck in challenges at this time, but I must insist that you attend to this issue.

You have repeatedly indicated that emailing online support is the quickest and best way to get support. Now, what do you suggest if that channel doesn't work?
