Ok, so I have always been positive about the service I was getting from CellC and standing up for them when someone said the suck...Well I do apologise for my blindness! :o

I have been getting the WORST service EVER!!!!! I went for my upgrade about 5 weeks ago. Applied for the Nokia N91 and they said within 3 working days if they have stock...Was I ever fooled! After a week a went to the CellC shop in Menlyn Shopping Centre and asked if they have received my phone yet. They simply said no, they do not have stock. So I though, ok I'll leave it at that and hopefully they will give me a call in the next week. :mad:

2 weeks passed, and no call, so I go there again asking about the delivery and the lady says they did receive the phone, BUT SOLD IT TO ANOTHER CLIENT! :mad:

I emailed the customer service centre and they replied the next day telling me that a sales repetitive will contact me soon. That was a week ago!

How do you like that for service? So here I am...week 5. NO N91!:mad:

No I read that CellC is losing customers…Hmmm, I wonder why!?

Edit: This is not a good site to have your business posted on for bad service. Do something about it.
 
If it wasn't bad enough, I get a sms today telling me my account hasn't been paid! Got the same message last month and the Friday I was suspended. I paid the amount that was supposed to go off per debit order, but some fool can't read! So I called the Customer "care" line and fixed the problem.

NO ITS THE SAME THIS AGAIN!:mad:
It just woun't stop!:eek:
 
It's a BIG pity CellC's service doesn't live up to their funky ad campaign. :(

Port your cell no to a company that has stock and a network that has 3G.
 
I'm stuck with a 2 year contract...I'll need to cancel that first.:(

Does anybody know the email address of their customer "care" department? Would like to find out some things...

Contract can't be valid for much longer if you're due for an upgrade?
 
at least there customer care department answer your call in 2 min and dont keep you hanging on for 30min like vodacom....
