Ok, so I have always been positive about the service I was getting from CellC and standing up for them when someone said the suck...Well I do apologise for my blindness!
I have been getting the WORST service EVER!!!!! I went for my upgrade about 5 weeks ago. Applied for the Nokia N91 and they said within 3 working days if they have stock...Was I ever fooled! After a week a went to the CellC shop in Menlyn Shopping Centre and asked if they have received my phone yet. They simply said no, they do not have stock. So I though, ok I'll leave it at that and hopefully they will give me a call in the next week.
2 weeks passed, and no call, so I go there again asking about the delivery and the lady says they did receive the phone, BUT SOLD IT TO ANOTHER CLIENT!
I emailed the customer service centre and they replied the next day telling me that a sales repetitive will contact me soon. That was a week ago!
How do you like that for service? So here I am...week 5. NO N91!
No I read that CellC is losing customers…Hmmm, I wonder why!?
