CellC SPAM and scam warning

CellC's standard 99 cent package is a decent deal, and their data prices are decent for todays standards.
But CellC is not content to just sell you services at an agreed price.

They also send SPAM scam SMS's every few days that are really annoying.

The SMS's are either "Spend R10 or R20 for a chance in hell to win imaginary money." How dumb do they think I am?

Then their next scam that they send around often is "Double your airtime!" When you read the TC's it says your airtime will all disappear within 4 days.

Now they've started sending new crap.
A mystery scam that only opens up after a countdown.
They actually hassle me to tell me about a scam that they won't even say what it is.

@(*^# OFF CELLC.

I never opted in to their SPAM SMS's which is illegal for them to SPAM me.
And secondly they don't give a reply number, so it's impossible to reply STOP
Then they don't provide an unsubscribe option, which is also illegal.

Beware of CellC. I seen, for myself.
I just set the word cellc as spam for SMS's on my phone now. Hopefully that will put an end to it. Topping up my airtime is going to be interesting.

I'm on a Straight Up contract with Cell C and I also get annoying spam messages now and again. I'd love to know if there's a way to opt out.
