Centurion D3 pin programming using set pin

hi all
So Centurion D3 acting up on one the remotes needed to be reprogrammed.. The set pin on the board is missing something not quite sure of it broke off ..see pic how can see or fix this maybe someone can verify against their Centurion D3

I compared it to D5 standard and it's not remotely the same ..
 
The SET pins is fine just missing a jumper if you want to change gate parameters.
Programming remotes is not done through that SET pin. Its on a separate board. Post a picture of your remote as there are quite a few different ones out there. nova/sherlo/et etc. Could also be that the remote in question needs a battery change.

That looks like d5 board, follow trigger cable green to your receaver
