Famous Brands says that an error in the Sunday Times rich list has caused its CEO, Kevin Hedderwick, "significant distress and embarrassment".

Reputational issues, misinterpretation by shareholders potentially... all sorts really.

Legal, not so much, and definitely not from SARS.

False financial records sent to shareholders.

The ones who think that would probably strugle to understand the differenace between the 4.5M and 45M. When your own to that is so disparate, it just becomes meaningless.

I though Kevin Hedderwick retired as CEO earlier this year and was now advising on strategy or something like that.
