Change from 384 to 512...how long?

Hey guys, requested the change on Thursday from our friendly Telkom 10219 service, was advise 48hrs sir....not....called this morning....sorry sir, it can take up to ten days!! - WTF? anyone know how I can speed up this process?

normally its same day, as just need press a button

btw speed increase aint really worth it, for how much 512k cost, as 4mb is R100 more then 512k

A rumour I heard was that end March, 512k would replace 384k as entry level speed. Not sure how reliable the source is. I'll maar wait and see.
