We are with TT Connect in our retirement village but we wish to change to someone else. How can we get another company to take over the installation and also Change the ISP? Any advice?

Unless another company has fibre infrastructure in your retirement village it wont be possible. Changing ISPs is as simple as cancelling the order with your current ISP and signing up for a new one. Personally Afrihost gets my vote, @AfriNatic

Have a look at www.coolideas.co.za with your address it will list all FNOs available, if only TTConnect then look at an alternative ISP maybe?

Unfortunately two ISPs could NOT supply a Service without continuous Buffering and Freezing. Even Afrihost will not guarantee reception. They demand Termination Fees if one cancels for whatever reason. I've had Vox Telecoms and MyOwn ISP. TT Connect charged me R1,750 termination fee when cancelling. TT Connect did not even bother to return my Calls or emails. Absolutely no service from this monopoly. Unfortunately our "learned" Directors forced us into this situation.
