What the guy was trying to show u guys is that new antennae went up on that mast. Surely looks like NeoTEL to me cos the power grid is close by. NEOTELS fibre optic runs on top of the power cables . . . .

As much as the coments above of the photos taken have been nyc to read,the real deal is that this cell c tower has been upgraded..or beening upgraded

as far as i have seen MTN are the only ones who put 3G equipment so low down. and cellc's 2G equipment looks the same as MTN/Vodacom 3G equipment. just what i have seen...
