Cheap alternative to Uncapped adsl?

Recently the cables in my area were stolen and Telkom stated over a voice call that they will no longer replace the cables in my area due to this even though this is the second time within 2 years a cable was stolen. overall Im left without internet. Is there any cheaper alternative for uncapped internet?

My suggestion, get yourself a LTE router and a Rain mobile sim card with the R250 uncapped addon which runs from 11pm to 6pm (19 hours in total). Between 6 and 11 its not in effect so keep that in mind. Just check their coverage map to see if you're covered.

I'm deciding on rain, although a major point going against rain is that almost every one in my house works till late and none of us get home till around 5, so effectively rain affords us 1 hour internet use, I'm trying to find something similar to rain for that 6pm to 11pm gap at a similar cost

Ah, understandable.

Doubt you'll find something uncapped wise for that price, unless you look into capped 100GB / 200GB LTE package for those hours.

Check the prices for 100GB and 200GB. I'm pretty sure other users on LTE can share their experiences with their packages and what providers to avoid / use instead

Cell C Fixed LTE for capped.

Telkom has 2 uncapped options, one is dependent on whether you have a fixed LTE-A tower near you while the other works on LTE and is not fixed but limited to 10Mbps.

So i decided to get the Telkom Fixed Line Look Alike to sort out my landline issues. But will i be able to run my old internet package on it just like a normal Adsl Line? if so How? I had Mweb before and was wondering if its possible to migrate my package over to this FLLA device.
