If you are looking for a cheap media player the Egreat R6A-II offers pretty good value. It uses the Realtek RTD1185 chipset (same one used in the Mede8er 500X2) and includes an ethernet port. The Asus O!Play Mini in your link is based on the Realtek RTD1155 chipset which does not support an ethernet port. You can also purchase a USB WiFi adapter for the R6A-II which will allow you to play YouTube XL videos directly from your router on your TV. The RTD1185 has a simple browser for accessing websites but will not play embedded flash video. You can also connect a mini wireless USB keyboard to the unit which also supports two torrent clients and access to several on demand news videos/podcasts etc. Unfortunately Netflix/Hulu/Hulu Plus/1channel/Icefilms/Navi-X are not supported. If you install a custom firmware this may offer much better streaming options such as movie2k.to. If Netflix and Hulu Plus are required then the Western Digital media player is probably a better option. The RTD1185 also apparently supports DLNA.

This USB WiFi adapter might work out cheaper (need to confirm Realtek RTL8192SU chipset)
