Cheap wifi options?

I am looking for cheap wifi options.
I originally wanted fibre but it seems that it is out of my budget as in that area of wilgeheuwel there is only vumatel which has limited affordable ISPs.

I am not that knowledgeable about the different internet types but I want a minimum download speed of 20mbps and it needs to be uncapped with no restrictions.

I have a maximum budget of R600 per month. This is already a stretch so even R650 would be too much

I don't mind whether it is fibre or something else or even a sim in a portable device as long as it is not down all the time and has the required speed. Preferably something with a month to month option in case it is crap and I need to change

There are a few fibre deals via Vumatel for under R600 a month, Webafrica has a 20/10 package for R549
