Right, 2c/MB
The same as TM R49 Starter Pack 200MBx12

Axxess seems pretty reasonable. Whose network do they use?

MTN. Axxess is basically Afrihost.

I've got a problem though with this comparison, They're comparing lesser a 1GB+1GB offering from Axxess against 2GB offerings from the others, and then they compare those once off yearly bundles with month-to-month bundles. Not really the same thing in my opinion.

Yes. But the extra data from Arihost is anytime data. This makes it a fair comparison as long as the promotion lasts.

Axxess might just be short lived happiness, one day there will be Axxess plus to get thouse doubles

I moved from Afrihost to Axxess because of the Rollover feature offered by Axxess, my unused data is rolled over for up to 3 months, I see much more value from that.

I have the 1GB + 1GB package on the iPhone and the 4GB + 4GB package on my LTE setup at home.

What does a good lte router cost nowadays ?

I bought a Mikrotik BaseBox2 from Miro with an MC7710 wireless card LTE Antenna and cables. All in all, cost me around R3500, works like a charm and cheaper than ADSL even.

What about 40GB Afrihost @ R987.00? :)
Still expensive, but seems to be the best at the moment

I use the Huawei B68A that I bought from Makro last year December. Brilliant router. Also not to bad at R1499.

If you do go with this router, one place where I got so ticked off is that I constantly lost internet connection etc... I discovered under dhcp server that both ipv4 and ipv6 servers were running. So just remember to disable one of them.
