Cheapest uncapped ADSL accounts

This list should rather be headed "Cheapest Internet Surfing and E-Mail only deals in South Africa" ;)

The guys never sleep. They run on hi-octane coffee and e-tears.

Yeah. I currently have 100gb package. Capped at R199. I have a 4mbps line. For same value I would have to take the connection isp. Not sure how good they are. But currently don't need more than 100gb.

I've subscribed to OpenWeb Home Uncapped 10Mbps for R399 earlier this month (coming from 4Mbps at same cost) - No problems and been happy with speed. You Tube does not pause on 720p videos (normally completed buffering by 70% of watching videos) and don't mind scheduling downloads after midnight.
Only thing I'm not happy about is the unshaping speedtest tests - download tests always downloads at same speed my line syncs - currently at 15Mbps (Telkom still charging me 4Mbps) - seems Speedtest has highest priority.

Havent heard of an ISP called "Connection" .Are they referring to Incredible Connection?

If so, they need to change the table....as most people wont have a clue who they are referring to

The article should indicate the limit on gigs you can use according to the fair usage policy of each internet service provider.

The incredible connect is treating me quite well , 4mps at R199.

Keep in mind this account runs max 10mps line speed for me.

Total usage: 786.69 GB

after trying to cancel with TI (10mbps, R574/pm)...they offered me discount of R200....so I'm paying the cheapest price = R374/pm.

I would love to see MyBroadband test all or quite a number of these uncapped deals and tell us at what amount of data usage, did they get throttled.

Cheap uncapped comes with its problems.

It sucks that Telkom cant install a telephone line (TOO USELESS) where an old line was and the techniciens tell me everytime that they need to go to XYZ to complete the insntallation but never returned. 5 technicians later, still no telephone line which I applied for in February 2014. I am now a Neotel client since Telkom SUCKS.

So it's the list of not-so-reliable internet accounts in SA
