check these win7 and vista benchmarks

What about DirectX 10, 11, ....., 99. Does it even matter anymore (for gaming)? People are going to eventually stop hacking DirectX to work on XP. So the Vista benchmark is more appropriate.

Personally I don't game. I found Windows 7 (build 7000) to be VERY slow when moving large amounts of data around and that is a problem for me... But I have read somewhere that they are working on that...

Are there even games that benifit from DX11? My card only goes to 10.1?

Oh i'll be using it soon, just want to know how it compares to the OS i'm using now - I will not use Vista.

I personally do not trust the guy who did those benchmarks. Why because he thinks Windows 7, build 7000 was a RC build. (Was beta btw)

Oh geez if he can not get that right, I seriously doubt the benchmarks!
