Like the title suggest when I search for an email I can find it, but trying to locate it manually doesn't work.

How do i check this?

Email for ms outlook is located in one file, easiest way to get this is by opening outlook 2007

click tools
clcik options
click on mail setup tab
click on datafiles button
you will then see the mailbox files and location where it is.
from there you can coy the location of the file and paste in your run command for it to open the exact file location.

If u talking about a single message easiest way is rather to save the message in a separate folder using outlook.

Thanks for the response

It is a single message. The problem is it has been saved in a seperate folder. I'm trying to locate it now without searching for it. How do i know which folder it's in?
