Hi guys

I just got my xbox360 yesterday and I'm loving it. The problem I have is finding games for my girlfriend. She enjoyed platforming games on our Ps2 like Jak and Daxter, Crash and Ratchet. She also plays survival horror games like Fatal frame and Hauting ground. And she played racing games like Jak X and Twisted Metal. Oh and her all time favourite game is Okami.

Any suggestions of games on the 360 I could get her

Thx

Some possibilities:

Banjo-Kazooie
Kameo
Condemmed
Dead Rising

Fable II
Eternal Sonata
Fallout 3

Also Conker and Psychonauts, both Xbox game that work on the 360.

My fiancee loved Lara Croft. She played more of Tomb Raider than I did. She was also a big fan of Prince of Persia. Semi-platformer puzzle fun.

Maybe also look into the Guitar Hero stuff, especially World Tour. It's a nice game to play together: one on drums and one on guitar.

Dead Space

OK fine, I was kidding...here's the real list :)

Fable 2
Thrillville: Off the Rails (Themepark Game)
Xbox 360 Sing it! Feat Disney
Fuzion Frenzy
High School Musical
Banjo-Kazooie
Kameo
Xbox 360 Lips
Namco Museum: Virtual Arcade
Viva Pinata
Scene IT! Office Box Smash
Ultimate Sega Mega Drive Collection
Trival Pursuit
You're In The Movies
Monopoly Here & Now Worldwide Edition
Leisure Suit Larry: Box Office Bust
Golden Compass
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
Lost
Monsters VS Aliens
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa
The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant
Looney Tune: Acme Arsenal
The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon
Lego: Batman / Star Wars / Indiana Jones
Rayman Raving Rabbids
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Bee Movie
Kung Fu Panda
The Simpsons
Tomb Raider Underworld
and lots more on Xbox Live Arcade :)

"Chick games"? :/

From the games you've listed that she likes, she really doesn't sound like the sort of person who wants to play Bratz.

As another female gamer who doesn't play **** like Bratz, I'd recommend:

Condemned 2
Dead Space
Braid (XBLA)
Prince of Persia
The Lego games

You can also never go wrong with rhythm games like Rock Band and Guitar Hero, and remember, it's never too late to introduce her to Gears of War. ;P

DarKWateR, with just a few exceptions, your list of recommendations is pretty much a list of the worst games on Xbox. You're In The Movies? Seriously? >_< She's female, not retarded.

My fiance only plays Tomb Raider and Viva Pinata on my Xbox. Oh, and Uno too. Oh, yeah... she also enjoys Trivial Pursuit.

But that's about it.

Edit: I lie. I forgot about Fable II. She even finished it. (Worst ending ever! :( )

Nah, you're jumping to conclusions. While some people might hate a game others might love it :)

For example, I love shooters but I really hate Gears and Halo even though I'm a Xbox fan.

Thanks people, think I'll go check gamespot.com and read the reviews of the above mentioned games.

I got trivial pursuit and burnout paradise with the bundle and she seems to enjoy burnout alot.

I got myself Riddick which was a mistake as seeing that I now found out my girlfriend is inlove with Vin Diesel and she plays Riddick now just so she can hear his voice

Dead Space definitely, my gf loves it. And it's pretty scary if you're a guy too! You may also want to check out Dead Rising, not as scary but also a pretty good survival game.

In terms of action racing along the lines of Twisted Metal, unfortunately none that I can think of. But GRiD is about the best racing game out (IMO), especially when you switch to the cockpit (no pun intended) view!

She's female, not retarded.
Is there a difference? :p

Forza 2 - too realistic to be enjoyable for a quick 2 hour session. Aimed more at long term playability.

Need For Speed series - not really my cup of tea. Becomes very monotonous.

Sega Rally - too simplistic. Also gets a bit monotonous after a while.

GRiD - gets the balance right IMO.

PGR4 is good too, but my preference is GriD.

I own all of these (apart from NFS Prostreet and Most Wanted, which I sold after a few weeks) :)
