No the value is under R500.00 so there should be no customs..........

Well if you went with DHL shipping you will pay customs, if you went with buffalo, there is a really good chance of zero customs.That of course is via gearbest, any where else like banggood, there is a very good chance you will be paying customs.

Thanks, I did indeed go with DHL. I see somebody else in the thread mentioned they did DHL and there were no customs. So here's to hoping :P

Unlikely expect customs fees and disbursment fee from DHL. Disbursment fee is a given. Customs fee remains to be seen as they do under declare value and increase shipping fee on the invoice.You will see once you get the parcel what the declared value was or if DHL sends all the doccies via email.

Expect about R432.00 odd that is what i paid and that was for two tablets. They declared the tablets as $56 each, whopping $94 difference.

But should customs request a invoice which is unlikely only happens in the event of customs doccuments getting lost you can get it from you gearbest order profile. This invoice does actually contain the full ammounts paid, so get the lube ready if the ask for it, 99% sure they wont however.

Got my T20 using buffalo... it sailed into the country without any additional charges. Took about a week to be delivered.

Lucky you, I didn't have the option of buffalo, only DHL xD
 
I tried to order the T30 on Saturday but it was "sold out".
Ordered one and the cover is from the same warehouse now, earlier it was going to have to be delivered by the post office.

Will let you guys know when it finally arrives.

It arrived! Very awesome!. I've never owned a tablet, so I have literally nothing to compare it to. I was looking at the Huawei MediaPad T5 10 - the 3GB Version is going for R5199 on Loot and it has lower specs than this tablet. Wtf indeed.

So yeah I am extremely happy. I was wondering, does anyone have any idea if the Android 8 Built-in Eye-Care button is worth using or should I rather get a 3rd party Blue Light filter?

Should I go and get a screen protector from my local Cellphone shop?

1 more thing. My case didn't arrive with it, so I am going to contact Gearbest to ask them where the F my case is, but all in all, damn good!
