What are the speeds like and what services are buffering or is it all streaming?

The speedtest is a bit low but I see that the ISP shows Webafrica.

Are you sure you have activated the line with Afrihost?

Can you send me a pm with the clientzone email address so I can confirm that the line is correctly configured for the Afrihost network.

also we have an issue at night when streaming either YT or NF - we get a lot of buffering?

Morning,

The speedtest looks okay for a 10/10 line. Are your devices connected with wifi to the fibre router? If they are are they far away from the router?
