Choosing isn't easy!

farking brilliant, is what I will say.

Netflix solid at 1080 on a 10mb uncapped line.
D3 latency 200ms.

That's very good news, how much data does your streaming consume average per month if i may ask?
Will help me deciding uncapped vs capped, i really don't want to be buffering on 480p again..
This "communal" line is doing my head in

So Crystal web is really sounding like a good place to start then.
Think I'll give them a shot.

My router should arrive this week, then just to get connected:

Hard to say, really. Netflix pulls about 600KB/sec, so around 2 gigs per hour of watching - but you can scale the quality down if you like.

Yes it is. Unless there's a fault somewhere, which was the last time that happened. ;)

When AH had IPC capacity issues, capped and business accounts were performing like shaped accounts due to the extremely high contention on the IPC, but you're right, it is "unshaped/unthrottled", just "highly contended".

My point exactly, Unshaped/unthrottled but your contending for 1meg of bandwidth with another 200 users lol

We'd be happy to have you all on board, on the best network in SA right now. Our uncapped accounts are pretty damn impressive, if I may say so myself. :D

Hop on live chat and request a free 1GB test account if you'd like, and put us to the test.

Our uncapped accounts are massively prioritised for streamers and gamers, and these protocols are never shaped. Downloading operates in a contended pool of bandwidth, meaning it is dynamically shaped, and tends to open up to full line speed in the evenings.

you should turn it into a free month to show prospective clients how much throttling they'll be subjected to. Better reflects the product being sold

Put our network to the test with one of our trial accounts once your DSL line is active. It's uncapped and free for 7 days. No obligations. :)

I got my line installed today, and was up and running in 15 minutes.
Your online support team has been very friendly and the best i have experienced thus far!
I'm currently on your 4mb uncapped and so far soooo good :D

That's such fantastic news, and even better feedback, thanks Terumo. Hopefully this is the last ISP move you'll need to make. :)

Yeah. You guys really are awesome, sadly I couldn't get set up yet (router issues)... but I was ready to throw in the towel last night and go sleep, but your chat support wouldn't have it. They didn't rest until they tried everything.
