I like Chrome but it sucks when it comes to saving a proof of payment o ln internet banking to pdf. Have to use a pdf creator through a print driver where all other browsers support saving to pdf bypassing a pdf generator. Really annoying...

That's actually a Flash problem, not a Chrome problem. Go read up what Adobe has to say about it

Funny... it works fine in FF

It even works fine in IE.
Apple and Google never liked Flash, and it shows in their products - to the dismay of users out there.

Before the recent chrome update it was a pain when i tried deleting a long history - chrome would take like a minute or even stop. Also it's true that it tends to crash multiple tabs. The new ff looks similar to chrome and i'd say that i prefer the new ff to chrome because of the add ins too.

I have 8 gigs ram that I paid enough for, if its there surely my browser is welcome to use 200 Mb of it, never had an issue with JavaScript. The day Chrome allows me to do proper script blocking, add block plus, and no I am not talking the weak blocking the chrome one does now, I'll switch. It has all the features of Chrome plus more.

Yup. Point Taken. Google is understandably a bit twitchy about blocking ads in their own browser.

I use FireFox on my lappy, phone, home PC, work PC. those moments when you ask yourself "what was that page I was looking at during work?" np your history synchs very well and seamlessly (exepct for my phone which i synch manually)

I don't think you'll find an unbiased one anywhere. Everybody has their favourite and review accordingly. Personally, I'm a chrome guy myself.

I use Chrome but have firefox handy because some pages dont display properly in Chrome. I also find certain downloads snap in Chrome so in Firefox its much more stable.

I solved my Chrome Flash crashes by moving from Chrome 10 to Chrome 11. Happy once more.

So my Firefox 4 do just about all of them too and those it can't my version of chrome (11.0.696.50beta) did not either anyway.
Like the calculations thing just sends me to a google search page with the answer, and the about:stats and related did not work either.
about: plugins and about:memory are very interresting.

The pinning feature looks so cool and saves lotsa space on the tabs - just wish I had a reason to use it since I just close pages when done with 'em. Maybe I should keep my gmail open this way.

Not seeing much here that Opera hasn't been doing for ages. Which makes sense I guess. Most browser innovations over the last several years have started with Opera.

BTW, why so difficult to have multiple tabs open on startup? Even IE does it easier than that.
Try this tho: In Opera, you can save "sessions". Basically a list of open websites. Then, when you start Opera, you can choose IF you want to open a saved session .
Choose your session, and it opens all the sites you had open when you were searching that obscure type of porn that time

Also, tab stacking is awesome. Dunno if any other browsers have copied that feature yet. Basically, put tabs for similar websites together into one tab, which takes up less space in your tab bar. Useful when you frequently have 20 to 30 + tabs open.

A Flash problem is a Chrome problem. They can't pretend it doesn't exist and take responsibility for the customer experience with an application which is close to being essential for daily browsing.
