Circular Chart

pls be so kind as to help me

I want to create a circular chart like this in "word"

I have tried "pie chart" but it doesn't work...

really appreaciate some tip or point me to a site..I've tried but Im too dumb with this stuff. Its for a varsity project

I don't know of any program that can do that other than photoshop and you draw the chart manually. Word and Excel can only do Pie Charts. That chart is more complex on several levels.
