Cisco 800 Router help

Hi

Does anyone know if its possible, and how to allow traffic from vlan 2 via dialer 2 to be routed to dialer 1 to vlan 1 externally as if they were 2 different routers / isp's.

setup is:

vlan 1 goes to dialer 1 then isp X
vlan 2 goes to dialer 2 then isp Y

ports get forwarded from dialer 1 to vlan 1

i want vlan 2 to only see the resources of vlan 1 that any other external ip would see

any help on this please ?
