I am not one to complain on social platforms but I feel that I have exhausted all possible avenues with CISP (Cool Ideas). When I signed up with them, their service was excellent. Queries were responded to in a reasonable time frame taking into account that you cannot expect an immediate response which is not practical.
HOWEVER, I have found that their customer care side of things has seriously taken a nose dive. If you advertise you are the # 1 ISP in S.A, then you must be on point with the service you offering. A credit (which was granted by CISP) was meant to be passed onto my account but despite logging numerous tickets, sending emails I have had no joy. The response time for my email was over 2 weeks in which I got an answer of: ''We will follow up''. An so, more waiting continues.
If there is anyone who represents CISP on this forum, please take note as you are certainly not the # 1 ISP in my opinion.
