a bit of willpower can force yourself to make eye-contact and keep it. even if after a quick glance, no doubt they know why you're looking. its staring thats a problem. you need to be conscious of the eye-contact though which maybe isnt fair, since you have to put effort to do something like just have a conversation.

Do other guys in your office complain? Maybe its just that you're more sensitive to this now in your life for whatever reason, i think most corporates are the same.

Just as an addendum.. Most of them could get better bras though. They should watch, "what not to wear" on BBC. where they could get good tips on what is the right bra to wear. Most women they say are not well fitted and wear the wrong size.

Why not help them with bra types and sizes? Become an on-site bra consultant and start selling them... not for profit but as a community benefit. You will OBVIOUSLY benefit!

In summer encourage them to go without, but only those that can!!! :D
 
We have a few hundred men and 20 or so women. I try to keep the conversation short lest my self-control starts to falter. It requires a lot of will power :) Of course, the ones showing it the most really have something to show.
 
Women show off their cleavage because they want men to see, more specifically they want men they are interested in to notice. :P

Although staring, oggling, drooling is way out.

Although I recommend, staring them straight in the eye, in a very dry non-sexual voice, compliment them on their cleavage.

Women is in constant competition with each other. Do not flatter yourself to think she is showing it off to impress the men it is to make the girls go green.

Yes the men do notice but that is not what she is aiming for.;)
