Funny, though. Earlier, they said that they can't provide support via their portal because their help desk is provided by a third-party service.

All of my Cloudflare stuff is currently hard down. Terrible.

Cloudflare, the company, was in a total disconnect when these issues started. They behaved as if it couldn't possibly be them who were down, only to slowly walk it back.

My domain is registered with cloudflare so I couldn't even switch to an alternative DNS.
