CNET download problem

My PC suddenly doesn't want to download CNET programs it gives the following error:

What must I do to fix this?

You don't have permission to access /downloadcom/s/software/11/08/24/65/cnet_CoolPDFReaderSetup_exe.exe on this server.

I don't download from CNet anymore. Not since they started using their own download container shells which install a bunch of crap on your PC.

Looks for the file somewhere else.
