Hey all ...

I am currently in the market for a cheap but semi decent (I know those don't go hand in hand) co2 pistol and came across the Guerrilla Snorre.

It doesn't seem to bad at first glance and it feels well built in the hand ...

I can get 1 of these for around R400.

Do you think that it is worth it at this price point ? ... Does anyone know the brand ?

Regards,

400 bucks? Seems a bit sketchy honestly, I would have to question the quality of the thing. I have a GAMO myself that was inherited, very nice, but open up the mechanism and springs go freaking everywhere.

Mine was around 1.4k Walther CP90 Compact

Also depends if you want any realism since the snorre is a non-blow back pistol.

The snorre puts out more FPS than the other blowback models ... ... I can also get the 92fs from Guerrilla (Work next to gadget store) but that is going to be like R1600 ...

I really just want it to mess around with that is why I thought going for a non-blowback would be fine .. ... I just don't know the brand ...

I know absolutely nothing about these pistols and was wondering if it would make a decent self defense deterrent for unwanted visitors thinking about jumping the fence? If so, any recommendations, prices and stores?

No!!! If you point this at a person, they might think it's real and shoot you first with an actual firearm. You might leave a minor flesh wound with this but you could pay with your life.

Never point a gun at someone you don't intend to kill!

R400 is cheap.....
There's a shop in Sandton city, sharp edge, they have pretty good range and quality stuff, pricey tho.
Not sure of any other shops in JHB, just lived there for like 3 years...

I know this thread is old (ish) but keep away from the snorre, has some major problems with it's seals.

If it's under warranty, your retailer should sort it out for you free of charge.
The Snorre is one of the most powerfull co2 guns in SA,and it's not something you wanna miss out on
