depends on what you mean by 'quality'; if you take it to mean higher specification, and thereby capable of higher frequencies, then yes.but better quality???
Not so much: an application that calls for co-ax is depending on the features of said co-ax, RCA is unlikely to meet those specs ..but you should be able to use co-ax in a situation where RCA would be used if you were bloody-minded enough to try!can one use a rca cable instead of a coaxial one???
