COD MW and MW2 patches

I bought both these games, but I need to know the best place to download all the updates? I think there are a stack of them

Any ideas?

Steam will automatically download mw2 patches.

Or just get a buddy to give you the steam folder

To be even more clear. MW2 uses steamworks. Which is basically what hereticangel said
