COD MW3

im a bit dissapointed, my gfx card wont handle BF3 so i was going to buy this but after seeing that im not sure anymore, gfx looks kak
 
The graphics and game play look good, but for a trailer it sucked.

I think they need to find a new director and do it again.

I think I'll keep looking forward to BF3 though.

I didn't start this thread to flame COD. Dudes if you don't like it don't buy it. I like it & I will buy it. So far it looks good & shaun what were you expecting to see in a multiplayer reveal?
This is just a taste of perks, layouts etc. more details will certainly be given as the reveal unfolds.
You know what is **** about this whole on-line community of ours is its so easy to say how bad something is & how your not going to get our money bla bla bla. We live in society were you can do & say what you want but come on stfu stop moaning if the game is great give it some merit if it's ***** then its *****.

I've been following the BF3 threads as well regarding the fps issue the in game browser the broken test rigs & it just amazes me how the BF3 fanboys react " o its ok we can live without this or don't worry ea its ok we'll use your origin delivery system" if it was Activision then it would have been a different story lets face it BOPS failed in so many ways but yet it had some nice ideas & innovations. Treyarch was never known for creating a nice engine but when it comes to designing dlc & maps they really deliver.

Funny how CoD fans are always branded as young boys or children but reading most of the negative comments toward CoD you would think it's actually think BF players are immature.
I belong to a CoD clan where the average age is about 30, most of our members are 40 & above.
Games are supposed to be there for entertainment off course not everyone likes the same things that's why you get CoD fans & BF fans. Chances are if you like the one your not going to like the other.

cod has always been known for that OTT experience, now ive been playing cod since the first cod upto black ops . i skipped mw2 mp only skipped the console versions because i dont own fail in my house lul:p

IF infinity ward followed what treyarch did with cod WAW regarding its add ons etc, then i will gladly support them. sadly i highly doubt this will be the case because they will be going after the console community and milking them with add on packs for which they would have to pay. cant argue with the fact that infinity ward does make great action games (cod1+2 ,mw1 and mw2 singleplayer)


for me its regarding which one is more playable at launch and that there will be free stuff after purchase or not as i like both cod and bf. But i think that bf3 will be getting my cash this year as it offers both great action and very intense mp.


BUT we will just have to wait and see :) don't we

MW2, with a few new perks here and there. Disappointing!

BF3 on the other hand.... WOW!

I'll still end up buying both though.
 
my comment is my honest opinon on what i just watched for mw3 mp, ive got a new benchmark and it was the mp of the new BF3 shown at E3, ive bever played BF and have always been a COD fan, but imo im dissapointed with what i saw :)

Neo - looking forward to this bud... I agree with you 100% - Look at the trailer, it is a TRAILER taken from in game footage. Not a outtake from a new Francis Ford Coppola movie. Personally I am looking forward to it and I was contemplating buying both games (BF3 and MW3) but after this trailer and seeing how they kept what made MW2 such a brilliant game I thinks I will save my moneys and buy MW3 only.

Think we should just remember atm the only footage we have is of the xbox & the last vid was a bit crap but the game play sure looks pretty awesome, nice & fast.

Slaughter that's exactly what i am thinking it looks like MW2 but better the game play looks the same but better :)

i hadnt seen that last clip before and thats the cod i enjoy, chaos incorporated, this is going to be my big new release for the year, along with the nfs, until i get a better card

I saw the vid..... looks kinda like a mix between COD4 and MW2...

and MW2 is so much more than COD4... it's not just new perks.. it's different weapons, better weapon combo's, much more kill streak rewards, some of which are controllable... etc
 
Well I've already preordered it!

And I'll buy BF3 too. Can never have enough FPS!!

I am just so excited about the kill streaks you can control that was one limitation in all the CODS so far.

I wont be getting both, don't have the time and energy to spend on both so I will get one and that is MW3 this time if its a dud, then so be it. I am not disappointed yet, in any COD so far.
Yes there is small things but what FPS is perfect for all gamers?

I have per-ordered mine already a few months ago, so I am ready for the 8th.

Hope they don't move the date out as I already took leave :)

Do we have official PC Specs for MW3 already or not?
