I am actually getting to a stage now where I just had enough. I actually feel like getting some exercise. I miss the days of playing cricket in the back yard and at social club level. I've really let myself slide over the last 10 years. I better do something now before I'm too old to do anything.
Was thinking of doing a 12 week program just to get me going... this one looks very promising
12 week body transformation
rather pick up a sport or two. those programmes probably do work, but once you finish a little bit of the motivation is gone.
Playing a sport keeps you active and focus'd. As always, i punt squash as a recommendation![]()
Sage advice. I started playing squash two years ago and loving it. It doesn't have to be at competitive level or anything. The equipment you need to start out can be really affordable if you buy aluminium racquets (people new to the sport have a much higher risk of smashing the floor and/or walls -- composite racquets will break whereas the alu ones will bend a bit first)rather pick up a sport or two. those programmes probably do work, but once you finish a little bit of the motivation is gone.

You have to drink very large quantities of coke to do that or simple swill it around in your mouth for hours.Drink enough coke and it will rot your teeth and anything else it comes into contact with
what is actually worse... coke or beer?
Coke is, though delicious, 100% sugar. I'd go with a beer diet
+1
I recommend Long Island Ice Tea.
absolutely love this drink. Hard to find a place that makes decent ones though.
It's scary, definitely a No. 1 cause of obesity. Although I myself drink about 1 or 2 glasses per day, I also try to drink about 2l of water a dayWow 33g sugar per can... imagine what one can of coke a day will do to your body.
