So recently I have been drinking quite a lot of coke and obviously know it's very bad for you. But today, I was thinking... what is actually worse... coke or beer?

I drink about a minimum of a litre of coke a day, if I had the same amount of, let's say castle light, would i be better off???

Dunno, I would rather have the beer seeing it's mostly water.

Both are bad, but ...

Coke has no nutritional value whatsoever.

Beer has a little bit.

I would rather go with the beer. I have seen people's teeth on TV programs that drink a lot of cool drinks and oh hell no.

EDIT: DEFINITELY beer

I'd rather go with the beer. Unless it's Castle Light in which case I'd rather get into a bath of broken glass and Tobasco sauce.

Coke is worse
