The ruling cANCer party only moves fast when personal enrichment is involved, the NEC is probably still fighting about who will get tenders and for what (without it being too obvious).

I must say that this minister seems even worse than her predecessors. To date she has only held talk shops, and is holding everything back. Really poor.

Dinosaurus Pule has not been a minister long enough to be rated as worse than the ancestral Poison Ivy was, but given time I think Pule will come close to being as bad as Poison Ivy.

Dinosaurus Pule has not been a minister long enough to be rated as worse than the ancestral Poison Ivy was, but given time I think Pule will come close to being as bad as Poison Ivy.

She's trending to be much worse I'm afraid.

At least Ivy can't do any more damage, this one's already stated she's clinging to Telkom despite Manuel's plan stating the obvious benefits to the country's development once government gets its grubby paws out. Who knows what else she might dream up on the road to 'liberation' ..

The general advice the govt got last year was to give out the spectrum to anyone who could use it - that any allocation system was better for the country than no allocation system at all, given the sheer impact on GDP growth.

Apparently even this sobering advice didn't seem to create any sense of urgency.

You must be joking, the cANCer fat cats are drunk on power and will only sober up when there is no more tax revenue to plunder, although I had hoped that Telkom's share price dropping like a stone would be a big wakeup call, I put it down to the latency between falling share prices and dividend payouts, maybe Dinosaurus Pule will catch a wakeup and simultaneously frighten herself to death.
