First of all you tune them no funny bunnies, you want the end of the loaf...

Stage 1 : You start by using the soft center piece which sits on top to mop up as much gravy as you possibly can, then you chow it with a few pieces of meat or potato from the top to try lower the levels of the filling.
Stage 2 : you break away the gravy soaked sides in strips, going round the perimeter of the bunny, I like 1 inch strips as I find this is more or less a mouthful, you then use the strips as like a cloth to pick up pieces of meat and potato from the center, repeat untill you hit the lower crust.
Stage 3 : There should be a nice juicy crust with neat pile of filling in the middle, this is where your sliced carrots or whatever gets thrown on... careful though, 90% off the burn is hidden in the sambals sometimes. You chuck them on top and eat the crust like an open face sandwich.

Crack your iron brew and call me in the morning.

ok it's settled. Bunny for dinner tonight...

I drove past Goundens this morning but it was way early. I also see Goundens is opening a takeaway spot in Umbilo rd. (assuming it's the same crowd)

What I'm having tonight.

Boerewors Hotdog with chutney, sliced gherkins and grated cheese on top.

The real butter in the pan was infused with grated garlic.

Everything was microwaved till it was melty.
