Rich Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients
500 ml milk of choice
5 tablespoons of cream
5 level tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 level tablespoon cornstarch
Whipped cream to taste
Cinnamon powder to taste
Half 100g slab of milk chocolate, broken into blocks
Mix some milk with cornstarch to make a paste. Pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan over low heat and stir a bit, then wait about 30 seconds and add the cornstarch paste while stirring.
Wait 1 minute and add 3 tablespoons cream and chocolate pieces, stirring every thirty seconds for two minutes and pour 2 tablespoons of the remaining cream. Stir only once and remove from heat.
Put the hot chocolate in a mug and put the whipped cream on top and sprinkle the cinnamon powder.
Serves 2.
