I think it has to do with the whole Vodacom cellphone banking thingy!

I also hope so.. but I know an announcement about the whole banking thing is also coming soon. Supposed to revolutionise banking in SA, esp. for the working class.
 
Vodacom has to do something - at least match MTN's announcement...
 
I wonder what they'll do in terms of carry over - MTN has always had a carry-over of 100% of your voice bundle into a 2nd month. Vodacom on the other hand has had 6 months carry over. MTN last week became at least "consistent" in applying their carry-over motto to their data bundles. Would Vodacom also apply the consistency principle to their data bundles?
 
I'm guessing that Vodacom is about to reduce its [searchforum]OOBRs[/searchforum], perhaps even to the point where [searchforum]OOBRs[/searchforum] == [searchforum]IBRs[/searchforum].
