ZAR5bn sounds completely impossible - especially when Telkodemonopolies is already a BEE critter, but ZAR5bn > ZAR15m. Either way it seems one should become a BEE consultant to pocket the big bucks for doing absolutely nothing .

This is Souf Efrika......give the contract to a BEE company, who sub-contracts it to another BEE company, who sub-sub-contracts a non-BEE compliant company to do the actual work.

Some of the tenders put on hold include appointments of service providers to investigate suspected fraud emanating from forgery of officials' signatures and financial transactions dating as far back as 2004.

me thinks that's the reason for all this right there. The other tenders put on hold might just be a smoke screen to possibly delay the findings of such an investigation? Who knows, clearly something is a touch rotten in Denmark.
