March 2010, plenty of time to have a couple of high level meetings which will result in a commitee being formed. The minister will have wait for the report to be ready and once that is ready we should have all forgotten what it was all about in the first place. The result in the end due to inflation will be an increase in connetion fees.

Enough of this moral suasion with MTN and Vodacom. Just hit them where it hurts the most. THEIR BOTTOM LINE! If they dont concur, FINE THEIR ASSES!
