Revenge is an ugly thing and it may even be said that damages to Telkom may be bad for the consumer in the short term, but for my part honestly... hit them black and blue. Hit them till they bleed. Every person in South Africa has been damaged by them to a lesser or greater degree. War is just like that.

Most of those responsible aren't even with Telkom any more. They should be held liable as well.
