Complaint about Woolworths

If I was them I wouldn't either. HelloPeter charging companies to respond to complaints? No thanks.

How much do they charge? I can understand a small business with one complaint not wanting to pay.

Using Hello Peter has become a channel for consumers to make complaints - and often get satisfaction that they may well not have got if they didn't make a report on Hello Peter. I know it has worked for me with FNB. Whatever gripes big businesses may have about the Hello Peter business model, their customers are using it. IMO, a big company should interact with their customers where the customers are. Even if it is Hello Peter. At the end of the line is one of their customers.

I would be interested to hear why Woolworths won't engage with customers on Hello Peter. Is it simply money?

I don't know how much, it probably varies. I consider HelloPeter a form of extortion, and will never go there. I mean, that you have to pay to defend yourself or respond to a complaint. Crazy.
